- Necessary Skills and Abilities:

- Has at least 4+ years or more of work experience on SYBASE
- Accepts responsibility for own tasks
- Willingness to work for non-business hours/weekend
- Good knowledge on SYBASE
- Good skill level for development and automation ( MS SQL etc.,)
- Experience in a Linux as a basic user
- Operations Support experience
- Ability and willingness to quickly learn new concepts
- Defines, sets and achieves milestones for their tasks and are solely responsible
- Uses own initiative to look for solutions/ opportunities for improvement
- Recognizes risks in their own areas and responds appropriately
- Is proactive, committed, loyal and flexible, both internally and externally
- Can respond appropriately to the needs of the customer
- Good analytical and structured approach
- Ability to work 24X7 rotational shifts and rotational weekly offs
