- **Communication**: Answer phones, take messages, redirect calls, and manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- **Administrative Support**: Maintain organized files and records, manage office supplies, perform data entry, and operate office equipment.
- **Scheduling**: Schedule and confirm appointments for clients and employees.
- **Customer Service**: Handle inquiries, provide information, and resolve client complaints or feedback in a professional manner.
- **Office Maintenance**: Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
