**Job Title**: Receptionist cum Admin
**Location**: GIDC - 2, Sanand
**Job Summary**:
The Receptionist cum Admin is responsible for managing the front desk, greeting visitors, handling incoming calls, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations. This role requires strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and a friendly, professional demeanor.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a courteous manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls; take messages when necessary.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries.
- Maintain reception area cleanliness and professional appearance.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when required.
- Prepare and maintain basic records, reports, and documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance.
- Support HR and Admin teams in arranging events, travel bookings, and logistics.
- Handle other administrative tasks as assigned by management.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Administration or related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in reception or administrative roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
**Working Hours**: General Shift
**Reports To**: HR / Admin Manager
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
