**Job description**
**Position Summary: Company Secretary**
**Key Responsibilities**:*
**- Ensure compliance with all relevant statutory and regulatory requirements.**
**- Manage and maintain the company’s statutory books and records.**
**- Organize and prepare agendas and papers for board meetings, committees, and annual general meetings (AGMs).**
**- Take minutes, draft resolutions, and ensure proper documentation of decisions.**
**- Provide legal, financial, and strategic advice to the board of directors.**
**- Communicate with stakeholders, including shareholders and regulatory authorities.**
**- Monitor changes in relevant legislation and the regulatory environment and take appropriate action.**
**- Liaise with external regulators and advisers, such as lawyers and auditors.**
**- Ensure that company policies are up-to-date and are approved.**
**- Implement processes or systems to help ensure good management of the organization or compliance with legislation.**
**- Oversee the administration of employee benefit plans.**
**Qualifications**:*
**- Bachelor's degree in law, business administration, or a related field.**
**- Professional qualification as a Chartered Secretary or equivalent.**
**- Minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role.**
**- Thorough knowledge of corporate governance and regulatory requirements.**
**- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.**
**- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.**
**- High level of integrity and professional ethics.**
**- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point)**
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
