Position : Customer Care Executive

Location : Noida

Roles & Responsibilities:

- **Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients/customers to promote our products/services.

**Qualifications**:

- Undergraduate or Graduate degree in any field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Previous experience in an outbound sales or customer service role is a plus but not mandatory.

**Skills Required**:

- Proficient in English and Hindi.
- Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
- **Need good communication skills in English only.**:

- Maintain a clear understanding of the company's offerings and effectively communicate them to prospects.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets set by the management.
- Document and update customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and achieve team goals.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
