**Job Title**: Sales Promoter - IMFL Brand (On-Shop Promotion)
**Location**: Kolkata & Suburbs
**Employment Type**: Contractual
**Working Hours**: Flexible shifts, may include late evening hours

We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic **Male and Female Sales Promoters** to represent a leading IMFL (Indian Made Foreign Liquor) brand across on-shop outlets in Kolkata and surrounding suburbs.

This is a **contractual position**, suitable for individuals who are passionate about brand promotion, customer engagement, and working in a target-driven environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Promote the brand and its portfolio at assigned retail/on-shop outlets
- Engage with customers and drive product awareness, visibility & trials
- Maintain attractive product displays and ensure stock availability
- Share product features, price points, and ongoing promotions clearly with customers
- Collect customer feedback and provide daily reports to the supervisor
- Female promoters will be specifically deployed at **on-premise outlets** (e.g., bars, lounges)
- Ensure adherence to hygiene, grooming and brand etiquette
- May be required to work late evenings, weekends, or festive days as per store timings

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- Age: 21-30 years
- Minimum Qualification: Higher Secondary (12th pass)
- Prior experience in retail sales, liquor promotion, or FMCG will be preferred
- Good communication skills (basic English and Bengali/Hindi)
- Presentable appearance and confident personality
- Should be punctual, well-behaved, and professional
- Must be comfortable with flexible shifts and standing for long hours

**Remuneration**:
**₹12,000 - ₹15,000 per month** (based on experience & skill)
Incentives may be offered based on performance and sales targets.
