We are looking for a dedicated Store Helper to join our team. If you have a passion for fashion, enjoy organizing, and love working with people, we’d love to hear from you

**Position**: Store Helper
**Company**: Kalra Export House
**Salary**: ₹12,000 - ₹14,000 (based on experience)
**Working Hours**: 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM (7 days a week + 2 Time Off Per Month)

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers and assist with their questions and needs
- Keep the store clean and organized, including restocking merchandise
- Help maintain visual merchandising standards
- Work with teammates to achieve sales goals and objectives
- Support sales assistants and other team members as needed

**Requirements**:

- Willingness to learn and grow in the retail industry
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work on weekends and evenings based on store hours

**कार्यालय समय**: सुबह 10:00 बजे से रात 9:00 बजे तक (सप्ताह के 7 दिन + प्रति माह 2 छुट्टियाँ)

**जिम्मेदारियाँ**:

- ग्राहकों का स्वागत करना और उनकी पूछताछ और जरूरतों में सहायता करना।
- स्टोर को साफ और व्यवस्थित रखना, जिसमें माल की पुनः पूर्ति भी शामिल है।
- विजुअल मर्चेंडाइजिंग मानकों को बनाए रखने में सहायता करना।
- बिक्री लक्ष्य और उद्देश्यों को प्राप्त करने के लिए सहयोगियों के साथ मिलकर काम करना।
- सेल्स असिस्टेंट और अन्य टीम सदस्यों को आवश्यकतानुसार सहायता प्रदान करना।

**आवश्यकताएँ**:

- खुदरा उद्योग में सीखने और बढ़ने की इच्छा।
- तेज गति वाले वातावरण में काम करने की इच्छा।
- हमारे स्टोर के समयानुसार सप्ताहांत और शाम के समय काम करने के लिए लचीलापन।
