**Job Summary**: An accountant is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, analyzing financial data and Tally

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Financial Record Keeping**:
Enter, classify, compute and record a company's financial data using the software 'Tally' for keeping all the records up-to-date. They need to perform regular accounting calculations to maintain the company's records.
- Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, journals, and databases.
- Record financial transactions and ensure their accuracy.

**Financial Reporting**:

- Prepare and analyze financial statements, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Generate various financial reports for management, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities.

3. **Tax Compliance**:

- Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations.
- Advise on tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities.

**Audit Support**:

- Coordinate and assist with internal and external audits.
- Provide documentation and explanations as needed during audit processes.

**Financial Analysis**:

- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Make recommendations to management for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.

6. **Financial Software and Tools**:

- Utilize accounting software and financial tools to streamline processes and ensure accuracy.
- Stay updated on the latest accounting software and technology.

**Compliance and Regulations**:

- Stay current with accounting principles, regulations, and industry standards.
- Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC and required account and finance compliances

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or relevant professional certification may be required.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
