Responsibilities - Manage and maintain client accounts to ensure client satisfaction and retention. - Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients. - Analyze financial data and prepare reports to track performance and identify trends. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients. - Develop and implement strategies for account growth and expansion. - Resolve client issues and provide timely support and solutions. - Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions. Skills and Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. - 8-12 years of experience in account management or a similar role. - Strong understanding of financial principles and accounting practices. - Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
