Architect Draftsman for Real Estate

**Job Opportunity: Electrical Draftsman**

Key Responsibilities
- **Drawing Creation**:Generate detailed architectural plans, floor plans, elevations, and sections from architects' or engineers' sketches and specifications.
- **CAD Software Proficiency**:Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) and building information modeling (BIM) software to create, modify, and manage drawings.
- **Technical Accuracy**:Ensure all drawings and documents are accurate, including dimensions, materials, and annotations, and adhere to industry standards and project requirements.
- **Collaboration**:Work with engineers, and superior to understand project goals, resolve design issues, and ensure compatibility across different disciplines.
- **Documentation**:Produce construction documents, schedules, and details, and maintain organized records of drawing files and revisions.
- **Code Compliance**:Verify that all designs and drawings comply with relevant building codes and industry standards.
- **Site Visits**:May involve visiting construction sites for measurements and to coordinate on-site aspects of the design.

**Required Skills**:

- **Technical Skills**:Expertise in CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and others.
- **Architectural Knowledge**:Understanding of architectural principles, building codes, and construction standards.
- **Attention to Detail**:A high degree of precision and accuracy is essential for technical drawings.
- **Communication**:Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and resolve design discrepancies.
- **Problem-Solving**:Ability to analyze and interpret design intent and technical documents to identify and resolve issues.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
