Your Role
- Own and drive special projects cross-functionally which are strategic to Zepto’s journey.
- Manage projects end-to-end right from conceptualization to validating the business model and ensuring timely execution so as to build a right-to-win for the launch of 0-1 initiatives.
- Evaluate new business initiatives and opportunities - develop a business model and identify ways to service the opportunities.
- Conduct outside-in market and competitive analysis to develop key insights.
- Partner with various business units and help them make better decisions, solve problems and unblock situations through a mix of analytical and creative problem-solving.
- Liaise with product stakeholders to ensure requirements are deployed in time and ensure user adoption towards the same.
- Define metrics to measure the health and success of the business. Govern the progress of the project and ensure timely and accurate reporting to the Founders & other business leaders.
- Act as a strategic think tank for business functions to help achieve their objectives which propel the mission of the Company. What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering / Economics / Finance / Math or MBA

3+ years of experience in an impactful role preferably in a high-growth startup. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving and research skills.
- Sharp business acumen - The ability to understand levers and their impact on business growth and profitability in the long-term.
- Possesses a solution-driven mindset to think strategically and holistically, weigh opportunities and constraints and communicate the same transparently to senior management and business leaders.
