**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver hands-on training sessions and lectures on industrial automation systems, including to PLC programming, SCADA, HMI, VFD, and Electrical system.
- Create training materials such as presentations, handouts, and practice exercises.
- Stay updated with the latest industrial automation trends, tools, and techniques to provide cutting-edge instruction.
- Collaborate with the training team to design course content that meets industry standards and requirements.
- Evaluate trainee performance and provide constructive feedback to support their development.
- Maintain training equipment and tools, ensuring that they are in good working condition.
- Prepare and conduct assessments, exams, and practical tests.
- Foster an engaging and inclusive learning environment.
- Provide career guidance and advice to trainees, helping them understand industry demands and job opportunities.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or Automation Engineering (or related field).
- Professional certification in industrial automation (e.g., Siemens, Rockwell Automation, or similar).
- At least 1 years of experience in industrial automation and that related relevant field.
- Proficient in the programming and operation of PLCs (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi), SCADA, HMI, VFD.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to teach complex technical concepts in an easily understandable manner.
- Knowledge of safety protocols in industrial environments.
- Patience, attention to detail, and passion for educating others.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience working with simulation software and automation tools.
- Familiarity with different industrial automation platforms and programming languages.
