- Beckhoff implements open automation systems using proven PC-based control technology. The main areas that the product range covers are industrial PCs, I/O and fieldbus components, drive technology, automation software, control cabinet-free automation, and hardware for machine vision.

Our office in Pune, India is actively expanding our team; we are looking for an automation technology trainer.

**Responsibilities**:

- organization, scheduling, and execution of internal and customer training within the company
- implement technology enabled innovations to support blended and digital learning
- collect feedback on completed training to evaluate and measure results and make improvements where required
- pre and post training communication to customers and internal coordination to process the relevant formalities
- support and mentor new employees
- co-ordination with training department in Germany
- maintain a database of training material and documents
- resource management and organization, scheduling, and execution of workshops
- build up training infrastructure and improve facility utilization

**Qualifications**:

- experience: 2 to 5 years
- B.E. / B Tech (E&TC, electronics, instrumentation, mechatronics)
- experience with IEC 61131-3 programming languages, including object-oriented extensions
- experience in C#, C++, Python, JSS, HTML5, industry 4.0 is a plus
- understanding of PLCs, motion controllers, robotics, distributed I/O, fieldbus systems (EtherCAT), and HMI technology
- customer-oriented with great communication skills, ideally with experience in training
- understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools
- strong analytical and reasoning skills to collaborate in a fast-paced, action-oriented team
- previous technical training and/or Beckhoff Automation experience
