**Key Tasks/Responsibilities**:

- **No Direct Marketing or Fieldwork**
- Work will be completely **inside office setup**
- Build and maintain contacts with potential clients to create a strong pipeline for generating new business opportunities
- Maintaining Sales CRM by keep updating with prospects and client database
- Making cold calls and responding to inbound leads
- Ability to do lead generation from online platforms
- Ability to manage existing client and need to do up selling with our services support
- Play a key role in relationship building with both potential and current clients

**Experience & Education**:
2 - 5 year experience in Sales/ Business Development/ Inside Sale

BTech in Civil Engineering or Diploma courses or any degree

Comfortable working with CRM

Computer use competency

Strong communication skills

Self-motivated and driven

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Commission pay
