Key Responsibilities
- **Supervision of Security Staff**: Manage and lead a team of security officers, including scheduling shifts, conducting training, and monitoring performance to ensure adherence to security protocols.
- **Monitoring Security Operations**: Oversee daily security operations, including surveillance systems, access control, and emergency response procedures. Ensure that all security measures are effectively implemented.
- **Incident Management**: Respond to security incidents, investigate breaches, and document occurrences. Prepare reports and maintain accurate records of all security-related activities.
- **Policy Enforcement**: Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and safety standards. Regularly review and update security procedures to adapt to changing needs.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
