**Mobile Tower Technician - Operational and Maintenance**

**Location**: Haryana, Rajasthan, Punjab, Delhi

**Experience**: Minimum 1 year in mobile tower operations and maintenance

**Salary Range**: 18,000 - 22,000 INR per month

**Responsibilities**:
Operational Support: Assist in the day-to-day operational activities of mobile towers to ensure uninterrupted service.

Maintenance Tasks: Execute routine maintenance tasks, including equipment checks, inspections, and repairs as required.

Troubleshooting: Identify and troubleshoot technical issues related to mobile tower equipment and systems under the guidance of senior team members.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment status, and any issues encountered during operations.

Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure working environment for self and colleagues.

Collaboration: Collaborate with team members and external contractors to facilitate efficient maintenance processes.

**Qualifications**:
Educational Background: Diploma or relevant certification in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.

Experience: A minimum of 1 year of practical experience in mobile tower operations and maintenance.

Technical Skills: Basic understanding of mobile tower equipment, RF systems, and maintenance procedures.

Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a dynamic environment.

Communication Skills: Effective communication skills to convey information to team members and supervisors.
