We are pioneers in Japanese education system and have helped several students to navigate complexities of admission process in Japan in the past 5 years

**Key Responsibility Areas will include the following (but not be limited to)**:

- Attending calls with students/ Setting up meetings and keeping records, preparing MoM for each call
- Handling Customer (Students) queries
- Learning about the business and preparing a repository of student questions. Conducting research on Universities, courses etc on demand.

**Skills Required**:

- Interpersonal skills, attention to detail
- Ability to deal with students queries promptly and with clarity
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
- Previous experience in working with Microsoft Office tools. Comfortable in preparing slides in PowerPoint and keeping records in Excel

Proficiency in Calender Management tools

Daily reporting, attendance management, file keeping

Experience in Education/ Study Abroad would be preferred
