Role Description

This is a full-time remote role as an Admissions Officer. The Admissions Officer will manage the admissions process, interact with prospective students, and provide support to help them navigate application and enrollment procedures. Key responsibilities include evaluating applicants, addressing inquiries, building strong relationships to enhance the admissions experience, and ensuring compliance with institutional and international admissions guidelines. Collaboration with internal teams to optimize the admissions process will also be a core part of the role.

Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to build meaningful connections with diverse individuals
  • Knowledge and experience in International Admissions processes and best practices
  • Exceptional Communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation abilities
  • Customer Service expertise with a focus on delivering a positive and seamless admissions experience
  • Understanding of the Education sector and a passion for guiding students in achieving their goals
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in CRM or admissions software is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred
