Research Scientist

**R & D** - Research Scientist - Chemical Manufacturing. Gujarat
- M.Sc. Chemistry/**Organic Chemistry** with 3+ years of experience working on synthesis of pigments, dyes, specialty chemicals, and intermediates.
- Experience of process development of dyes, pigments, chemicals & intermediates.
- Conducting comprehensive literature survey & feasibility/synthetic study for the intermediates/ final compounds starting from availability of the key RMs to making a detailed RMC sheet for the costing of the final compound.
- Lead a R&D personnel to independently plan and execute R&D projects to explore new technologies, products for problem solution
- Provide mentorship to less experienced associates
- Should have expansive knowledge of synthetic organic chemistry, surface chemistry and surfactants.
- Expertise in carrying out diverse type of reactions & experience in scale-up of reactions.
- Self-starter, self-motivated and results oriented, should be a good team player.
- Serve as a champion of safety practices in the laboratory and office environment.
- Up to date with lab report preparation, record keeping, lab equipment maintenance activities, etc.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 per month
