
Sales and Admission Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Counsel students on program selection, eligibility, career paths, and admission procedures.
- Provide detailed information on courses, fees, structure, and other academic aspects.
- Follow up with leads and maintain a strong conversion pipeline from inquiry to admission.
- Organize and participate in admission events such as seminars, open houses, and school visits.
- Maintain and update student records in CRM systems or admission databases.
- Collaborate with marketing and academic departments to support student recruitment strategies.
- Achieve assigned admission targets within stipulated timelines.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education, Counseling, or Marketing preferred).
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in counseling, education sales, or admissions preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- A proactive and empathetic approach to student support.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
