**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain our products/services.
- Handle inbound calls and address customer inquiries effectively.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Follow up on leads and close sales through calls or scheduled meetings.
- Maintain records of calls, sales, and customer details in the CRM system.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 0-1 years (Freshers with good communication skills can apply).
- **Education**: Minimum 12th pass or graduate in any field.
- **Skills**:

- Strong verbal communication in [mention required languages, e.g., English & Hindi].
- Persuasive and confident speaking skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM usage is a plus).
- Ability to handle objections and close deals.
