This is a full-time on-site role for a Commercial Coordinator located in Mumbai. The Commercial Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and managing all back-office activities, including the following:

- Preparing final inspection reports.
- Coordinating with various parties, including the field inspectors, labs, etc., for timely information.
- Preparation of final invoices.
- Manage & and store all important documentation pertaining to the inspections.
- Ensure all deadlines for the reporting & and invoicing are met.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a commercial coordination role.
- Experience in the inspection, testing and certification industry is a must.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Detail-oriented and strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment across departments and regions.

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
