Sports Instructor

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, organize, and conduct sports training sessions for individuals and groups.
- Demonstrate techniques, strategies, and the rules of different sports.
- Provide individualized instruction and feedback to help participants improve their skills.
- Monitor participant progress and maintain records of achievements.
- Ensure safety standards are met during all activities and that equipment is in good condition.
- Foster a positive, motivating, and inclusive environment for all participants.
- Adapt training programs to suit different skill levels, ages, and physical abilities.
- Organize and lead sports competitions, events, and tournaments as needed.
- Offer encouragement and support to participants, addressing their specific needs.
- Ensure all participants understand and follow the rules of the sport.
- Keep up to date with trends in sports and fitness to incorporate new techniques and programs.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as scheduling, reporting, and maintaining attendance records.
- Promote the importance of teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship in all activities.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹44,067.75 per month
