**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Edit and produce high-quality videos for social media platforms (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.).
- Create and edit video content for online courses, webinars, and training modules.
- Design promotional posters, thumbnails, and graphics for social media and marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to conceptualize and execute visually appealing content.
- Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual identity.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in video editing, social media, and graphic design.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a **Video Editor** with a strong portfolio of work.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
- Strong skills in graphic design using tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
- Experience in motion graphics and animation (After Effects is a plus).
- Understanding of video formats, codecs, and best practices for various social media platforms.
- Creative mindset with excellent storytelling and visual composition skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in designing marketing materials such as banners, flyers, and social media ads.
- Knowledge of photography and basic camera operations.
- Familiarity with sound editing tools for audio enhancements.
- Understanding of social media algorithms and how to optimize video content for engagement.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
