
Sales : Pre Owned Cars

Key Responsibilities:
- **Sales & Customer Engagement**:
- Greet customers and assess their vehicle needs, preferences, and budget.
- Provide detailed information on pre-owned vehicles, including features, history, and pricing.
- Assist customers in selecting and test-driving vehicles, answering any questions about the cars.
- Negotiate prices and terms of sale while maintaining company profitability goals.
- Upsell additional products and services, including warranties, insurance, and maintenance packages.
- **Inventory Management**:
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the dealership’s pre-owned car inventory.
- Keep track of stock levels and inform the sales manager when vehicles need to be ordered or replaced.
- Coordinate with the service department to ensure all pre-owned cars are in top condition before display or sale.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Ensure all customer paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently.
- **Sales Goals & Reporting**:
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and quotas.
- Track and report sales activity and customer interactions to the Sales Manager.
- Keep up with industry trends and market conditions to provide customers with competitive and up-to-date information.
- **General Duties**:
- Keep the dealership showroom clean, organized, and welcoming for customers.
- Stay informed on company promotions and discounts, and communicate them to customers.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, such as financing, disclosures, and title transfers.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous experience in automotive sales, retail, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Knowledge of pre-owned cars, market trends, and financing options.
- Excellent negotiation skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficient in using CRM software, sales tools, and MS Office.
- A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Working Conditions:
- Full-time position, including evenings and weekends.
- Commission-based compensation structure with the opportunity to earn performance-based bonuses.
- On-the-job training and professional development opportunities.
- Fluency in English is Mandatory.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
