**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Imbibing the brand philosophy: Think of new ways & means which will help the company imbibe and manifest the philosophy.
- Co-create and drive the execution of organisations brand strategy and marketing plans, towards measurable and relevant brand and business goals.
- Assist in creating and executing effective brand campaigns, key products campaigns across ATL/BTL and digital communication.
- Understanding of Digital Marketing Media Creatives, Media Plan, Lead funnel and Measurement tools.
- Experience on website management, cms and content management
- Develop a deep understanding of the core target consumer through research and help measure brand awareness, salience and other key metrics on. Assist in driving the brand track, customer satisfaction survey and consumer behavior surveys.
- Market scanning: Keeping up to date with market developments and analyzing consumer insights as well as competitor strategies.
- Ability to translate business objectives into marketing and communication objectives and drive implementation.
- Lead internal communication for HR, Admin, Business, and various other teams.
- Lead internal events as per requirement.
