**Key Responsibilities**:

- Teach and mentor students preparing for the UPSC Civil Services Examination with Philosophy optional.
- Develop and deliver high-quality lectures, both online and offline.
- Create study materials, test series, and answer writing practice sessions.
- Address students’ doubts and provide personalized academic guidance.
- Stay updated with UPSC trends and adapt teaching methods accordingly.

**Requirements**:

- Good Experience of Teaching UPSC Philosophy Optional is preferred
- Strong academic command over Indian and Western Philosophy.
- Prior teaching experience (online/offline) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for mentoring and guiding UPSC aspirants
- PhD Doctorate preferred.
