Position Overview:
A Daycare School Teacher is a caring and nurturing professional responsible for providing early childhood education and care to young children in a daycare or preschool setting. The primary focus of the role is to create a safe, stimulating, and supportive environment where children can learn, play, and develop essential skills during their early formative years.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Child Development and Education:

- Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities and lesson plans for children.
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development in young learners.
- Promote curiosity, creativity, and a love for learning in children.

2. Care and Supervision
- Provide a safe and secure environment for children in the daycare setting.
- Supervise children during playtime, meals, rest periods, and outdoor activities.
- Attend to children's basic needs, including feeding, diapering, and ensuring overall well-being.

3. Daily Routine Management:

- Establish and maintain a structured daily routine that includes educational activities, playtime, snacks, meals, and rest periods.
- Ensure smooth transitions between different activities to maintain a positive and organized atmosphere.

4. Parent Communication:

- Maintain open and effective communication with parents or guardians regarding their child's progress, behavior, and any important updates.

5. Classroom Environment:

- Set up and maintain a clean, safe, and child-friendly classroom environment.
- Arrange learning materials, toys, and resources to facilitate active exploration and learning.

6. Behavior Management:

- Implement positive behavior management techniques and strategies to promote appropriate behavior and conflict resolution among children.

7. Health and Safety:

- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure the well-being of children and staff.
- Administer basic first aid when needed and promptly address any health concerns.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- A degree or diploma in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience working with young children, preferably in a daycare or preschool setting.
- Knowledge of early childhood development principles, teaching methodologies, and age-appropriate activities.
- Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with young children.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Ability to create a warm and nurturing environment that promotes learning and growth.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
