Roles & Responsibilties:
- Provide a variety of materials and resources for children to explore, manipulate and use, both in learning activities and in imaginative play.
- To be responsible for the safety and well being of the students in the school.
- Manage effective communication with parents and guardians.
- Uphold and promote the culture, mission statement and core values of the school.
- To be sensitive to individual needs of each child.
- Develop schedules and routines to ensure that children have enough physical activity, rest and play time.
- Keep records of children’s progress and interests.
- Bring to the notice of the Principal any illness, long leave or trauma of any child or child’s family and provide as much support to the child/family as possible.
Age: 25 to 35 years
Qualification: Graduate or Post Graduate. NTT/ NPTT
Key Skills: - Communication skills to talk with parents and colleagues about the progress of the children in their care.
- Decision-making skills. Good judgment is necessary for daycare teachers, so they can respond to emergencies or difficult situations.
- Instructional skills to be able to explain things in terms young children can understand.
- Interpersonal skills to work well with people to develop good relationships with parents, children, and colleagues.
- Patience to be able to respond to overwhelming and difficult situations calmly.
- Physical stamina. Working with children can be physically taxing, so daycare teachers should have a lot of energy
**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
