Ø Review of all site strengths as per shifts daily.

Ø Message on Operation Group live location and timely first site visit.

Ø Call /SMS of all site correct strength, address any shortages if any on the various sites, provide solution Report, Operation Manager,

Ø Collate all data and pass the SMS to Vishnu & OM and the coordinator as per the time agreed.

Ø Inform by SMS to customer if any shortage and solution to the concern customer.

Ø Check with supervisor if any visit / audit are in place for the day and address the extra support if required on the site. Talk with the customer and reassure him about the plan and the status of work at present.

Ø Check the table for any weekly off, holidays and any janitors leave.

Ø Coordinate with supervisor for any debriefing points when the shifts end daily and plan for tomorrow.

Ø Review of absenteeism of all sites and possible recruitments required.

Ø Executive must reach his site as per plan and address briefing or meeting team with clear agenda.

Ø On site audit of grooming and the penalty has to levy for defaulters.

Ø While on site check all documents register if updated by supervisor and if not guide him to do so in front of him.

Ø Check for repeated instances of janitors bunking work or supervisors doing the same, plan for the exit of these personal.

Ø Check all information given by supervisor about attendance is correct when on site.

Ø Material issue with janitors and check for any shortage in coming week.

Ø Inform the same material shortage to senior via SMS & call.

Ø Site round with customer / without customer in all areas and look for any maintaince issues, Hk issues and also any other observation.

Ø Write down the same in maintaince register and report to client if possible take his signature with date and time.

Ø Supervisors round he must meet area wise customer s and record any issue reported by them.

Ø Guiding the new janitors if any.

Ø Meeting client and reporting the current picture and ask for any visits, audits etc.

Ø Ensure at least one wash rooms is inspected by himself with supervisor and explain the flaws in front of janitors so they also understand the same.

Ø Check if machines are clean from inside and & outside, also check if supervisor is filling machine utilization chart.

Ø Any machine complaint etc. should mail the same day to Khomesh Sir, keep track of complaint and follow for urgency.

Ø Every Sat Executive must take atleast 3 training, Share Hard copy to our Office & Send Training PPT to Client marking CC to Ops Manager & DGM

Ø Address any problems /issues of the janitors / Supervisor write down if possible give immediate solution or guide him to HR.

Ø Payments follow up with customer and have clear status on what day the cheque will be received.

Ø Any new joining fill up the form through supervisor and submit to HR.

Ø Every month give Payslips on Site

Ø Ensure Team Grooming on Site

**Salary**: ₹23,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
