Store Manger

Oversee day-to-day store operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company standards.
- Manage, motivate, and train sales staff to deliver high-quality customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Plan and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Monitor stock levels, coordinate with suppliers, and manage inventory to minimize shortages or overstocking.
- Ensure visual merchandising is attractive, brand-appropriate, and aligned with promotional campaigns.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations professionally.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review.
- Maintain store hygiene, safety, and compliance with operational policies.
- Coordinate promotional activities, seasonal sales, and new product launches.
