As part of our commitment to a safe and healthy work environment, we are establishing a dedicated **Self Help Entrepreneur(SHE)** **Groups**. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Coordinator to lead this initiative.

**Responsibilities**:

- Strategically set up and expand more than 10 SHEs across anywhere in India.
- Provide leadership and guidance for the effective functioning of SHEs.
- Assume full responsibility for the day-to-day operations and activities of the SHEs.
- Conduct training sessions to enhance skills and capabilities of group members.
- Manage wages, ensuring timely payments to SHE members.
- Oversee budget allocation for SHE projects and initiatives.
- Explore opportunities for selling SHE-made products locally and in broader markets.
- Develop strategies to boost sales and increase market presence.
- Lead the implementation of SHE-related programs, ensuring effective execution.
- Monitor and evaluate the success of initiatives, making data-driven improvements.
- Assist in financial planning and management of SHE activities.
- Cultivate positive relationships within local communities to foster support for SHE initiatives.
- Generate regular reports on SHE activities, performance, and financial aspects.
- Contribute to the development of new bakery products, with a focus on innovation and market trends.
- Implement and maintain quality standards for all bakery items.
- Foster positive relationships within the community and represent the company in local as well as general events.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in management role or field work.
- In-depth knowledge of Self-Help Group dynamics, operations, and challenges.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, with a focus on local and general markets.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and execute projects from inception to completion.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving and surpassing goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective group management and community engagement.
- Ability to manage work collaboratively in a team and foster a supportive group environment.
- Flexibility and adaptability to evolving project needs.
- Ability to travel to multiple locations for proper management work

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
