Destination Expert

Destination Expert plays a crucial role in advising and guiding students, parents, and educational consultants on various aspects of studying abroad, including country-specific information, visa requirements, cultural nuances, and educational opportunities. This position requires strong research skills, cultural awareness, and excellent communication abilities to support students in making informed decisions about their overseas education.

**Responsibilities**:
Research and maintain up-to-date knowledge of study destinations, including countries, cities, universities, and educational programs.

Provide comprehensive guidance to students and parents on study options abroad, taking into account their preferences, academic goals, and budgetary considerations.

Advise students on visa requirements, immigration processes, and other legal considerations for studying in different countries.

Assist students in selecting suitable universities, colleges, or educational institutions based on their academic background, career aspirations, and personal preferences.

Conduct in-depth research on various study programs, courses, scholarships, and other educational opportunities available in different destinations.

Stay updated on cultural norms, customs, and traditions of different countries, providing guidance on adapting to new environments and understanding local communities.

Maintain strong relationships with educational consultants, partner institutions, and relevant stakeholders to stay informed about destination-specific updates and developments.

Develop and deliver informative presentations, workshops, and webinars to students, parents, and educational partners regarding study destinations.

Stay informed about changes in immigration policies, educational regulations, and other factors that may impact international students' study abroad experiences.

**Requirements**:
Should have worked studied or travelled abroad

Bachelor's degree in International Relations, Education, or a related field. A master's degree in a relevant discipline is preferred.

Proven experience as a study abroad advisor, destination expert, or in a related role within the education or overseas education industry.

In-depth knowledge of study destinations, including countries, cities, educational systems, and cultural nuances.

Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to gather and synthesize information from various sources to provide accurate and relevant advice.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with students, parents, and educational consultants from diverse cultural backgrounds.

Understanding of visa processes, immigration regulations, and legal requirements for studying abroad.

Familiarity with international education systems, academic programs, and scholarships available in different countries.

Cultural sensitivity and awareness, with the ability to provide guidance on cross-cultural adaptation and intercultural communication.

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Proficiency in using technology and online platforms to deliver remote advising services and stay connected with students and partners.

**Salary**: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
