An operations executive in the FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) industry is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring that products are manufactured, stored, and delivered efficiently and effectively. Their duties may include:

- Supply chain management: The operations executive is responsible for managing the supply chain, which includes procuring raw materials, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring that products are delivered to customers on time.
- Quality control: The operations executive oversees the quality control process, ensuring that products meet quality standards and are safe for consumption.
- Production management: The operations executive is responsible for managing the production process, ensuring that production targets are met and that products are manufactured efficiently and cost-effectively.
- Inventory management: The operations executive ensures that inventory levels are maintained and that there is no excess or shortage of products.
- Logistics management: The operations executive manages the logistics of the company, including transportation, storage, and distribution.

They must be able to work collaboratively with various teams such as production, logistics, quality control, and sales teams, to achieve the company's goals. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and leadership abilities, are also essential for success in this role.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
