A Tender Manager is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end process of responding to tenders, ensuring timely and accurate submissions, and maximizing the company's chances of winning contracts. This involves researching opportunities, analyzing tender documents, preparing proposals, coordinating with internal teams, and managing the entire bidding process. Key Responsibilities:

- **Research and Identify Opportunities**: Monitor public and private sector tender portals to identify relevant contracts.
- **Analyze Tender Documents**: Understand client requirements, specifications, and deadlines.
- **Develop and Execute Bid Strategies**: Create winning bid proposals that align with company goals and client needs.
- **Prepare Bid Responses**: Develop comprehensive bids, including technical specifications, pricing, and contractual terms.
- **Coordinate with Internal Teams**: Collaborate with sales, technical, legal, and finance teams to ensure all aspects of a bid are addressed.
- **Manage Bid Budgets, Resources, and Timelines**: Ensure bids are submitted on time and within budget.
- **Negotiate Terms and Conditions**: Negotiate favorable terms with clients to secure contracts.
- **Monitor and Evaluate Bid Performance**: Track and analyze bid performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- **Maintain Comprehensive Documentation**: Keep detailed records of all bid-related activities.
- **Liaise with Clients**: Address client queries and build strong relationships.
- **Ensure Compliance**: Adhere to client requirements, regulations, and industry standards.

Skills and Qualifications:

- **Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills**.
- **Knowledge of the tendering process and relevant regulations**.
- **Ability to work independently and as part of a team**.
- **Experience with bid management software and tools**.
- **Experience with commercial or project execution**.
- **Active and collaborative personality**.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
