**Key Responsibilities**
- GEM Portal Management: Monitor the GEM platform for new tenders and opportunities that align with the company's products and services.
- Tender Identification & Analysis: Identify relevant tenders, analyze the requirements, and evaluate the feasibility of participating.
- Bid Preparation: Prepare, submit, and manage tenders, including pricing strategies, technical documentation, and compliance with all GEM guidelines.
- Documentation & Filing: Ensure all necessary documents (financial statements, company certifications, product details) are accurately prepared and submitted before deadlines.
- Vendor Registration: Manage company registration and updates on GEM and other relevant portals, ensuring accurate and up-to-date profiles.
- Negotiation & Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams (sales, finance, legal) to gather information, coordinate tender submissions, and ensure accurate bid proposals.
- Compliance & Regulations: Ensure that all tender documents and processes comply with GEM and other legal requirements, including financial documentation, tax clearances, and licenses.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in government procurement agencies and relevant departments.
- Tender Tracking & Reporting: Track tender outcomes, manage feedback, and continuously improve the bid process based on learnings.
- Market Research: Stay updated with market trends, competitor analysis, and changes in government procurement policies to identify new business opportunities.

**Qualifications**

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or MBA.

**Experience**:

- 2+ years of experience in tendering, procurement, or business development, particularly on GEM.
- Familiarity with government procurement processes and e-tendering platforms.

**Skills**:

- Strong understanding of GEM guidelines, government procurement processes, and compliance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and knowledge of e-tendering tools.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tenders simultaneously.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
