Shipping & Receiving Executive
Work Dynamics.

**What this job involves**:
Responsible for export logistics, the execution of shipping services and compliance documentation activities required for inbound and outbound shipping activities.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Coordinate functional logistics staff internally to facilitate land-based freight movements, both inbound and outbound from the port; communicate shipping schedules, orders and meeting deadlines
Process order changes/cancellations
Create shipping paperwork
Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements
Keep records of the products received and shipped from the company
Prepare accurate reports for management
Follow established policies, procedures and objectives
Reviewing, preparing, and routing purchase orders
Ensuring the safe and timely pick-up and delivery of shipments
Addressing customer queries
Responsible for executing all inbound and outbound shipping services and ensuring that orders are filled correctly

Education and experience
10+2 or diploma in business administration, logistics or related field
A minimum of 2 years of experience as a logistics coordinator and experience in customer service will be preferred
Working knowledge of legal regulations
A relationship builder
As well as a keen desire for success in Customer Service, you’ll have the ability to handle complex conversations with Clients. You’ll also be good at building team relationships and excellent interpersonal skills.
Great organisational skills
You’ll have great time management and organisational skills, and be good at meeting deadlines in a fast-paced work environment and adapting to your team’s or client’s changing requirements.
