Student Mobiliser

**Position**: Student Mobiliser
**Location**: Kerala (Trivandrum and Ernakulam districts)

**Key Responsibilities**

**Student Mobilisation**:

- Identify, engage, and enroll prospective students for various skill development training programs.
- Conduct outreach activities such as community visits, school and college interactions, and local events to create awareness about training opportunities.

**Relationship Building**:

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, local leaders, and community groups to ensure consistent student inflow.
- Act as the first point of contact for potential students and their families, addressing queries and providing detailed program information.

**Market Analysis and Strategy Development**:

- Research and analyze the local market to identify target audiences and suitable mobilisation strategies.
- Develop and implement plans to meet student enrollment targets within the assigned districts.

**Documentation and Reporting**:

- Prepare periodic reports on mobilisation activities and outcomes for management review.

**Promotions and Campaigns**
- Organize and participate in promotional campaigns, seminars, and workshops to attract students.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and online campaigns tailored to local needs.

**Qualifications and Requirements**
- **Educational Qualification**: Minimum of a Degree or Diploma in any discipline.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in student mobilisation for training institutions, coaching centers, or colleges.
- **Geographical Knowledge**: Familiarity with Trivandrum and Ernakulam districts is essential.
- **Other Requirements**:

- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Malayalam and English.
- Goal-oriented with a passion for education and skill development.
- Ability to work independently and travel extensively within the assigned regions.
