We are a leading Skill Development Institute in Trivandrum offering government-certified and industry-relevant training programs. To expand our student outreach, we are looking for motivated Freelance Mobilisers who can help connect potential learners with our courses.

Courses Offered

• Nursing Assistant Course – ₹25,000 | Duration: 3–6 months
• Web Development – ₹45,000 | Duration: 6 months
• Digital Marketing with AI – ₹20,000 | Duration: 3 months
• AI Tools & Machine Learning – ₹10,000 | Duration: 1 month
• Computerised Accounting & Tally – ₹18,000 | Duration: 2 months

Role & Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with potential candidates interested in our training programs.
• Mobilise students through local networking, community outreach, referrals, and counseling.
• Promote institute's courses and explain benefits, fee, and career prospects.
• Ensure candidate completes enrollment by paying at least 50% of the course fee.
• Coordinate with the admission team for smooth onboarding of candidates.

Eligibility Criteria

• Age: Minimum 21 years (Male & Female can apply).
• Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Graduation preferred.
• Good communication skills in Malayalam (English is an added advantage).
• Prior experience in sales, marketing, counseling, or student mobilization preferred.

Compensation & Earnings

• Commission/Incentive: 10% – 15% of the course fee per candidate (payout once candidate pays 50% of the fee).
• Average Commission Per Candidate:
• Nursing Assistant: ₹2,500 – ₹3,750
• Web Development: ₹4,500 – ₹6,750
• Digital Marketing with AI: ₹2,000 – ₹3,000
• AI Tools & ML: ₹1,000 – ₹1,500
• Computerised Accounting & Tally: ₹1,800 – ₹2,700

Potential Monthly Earnings: Mobilising just 5–10 candidates per month can help you earn ₹20,000 – ₹50,000+depending on performance.
