**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a proactive and organized **Inventory Assistant** to join our team, with a primary focus on **Inventory Orders, Material Inward & Material Outward** and **coordinating with the logistics team**. This role is vital in ensuring timely communication with clients, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the sales process from inquiry to order confirmation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and send Purchase Orders to Vendors as per sales team instructions
- Follow up on sent quotations and track client responses
- Coordinate with the sales team to relay client feedback and assist in closing deals
- Maintain an organized database of quotations, inquiries, and customer communications
- Assist in order processing and documentation once quotations are approved
- Liaise with internal departments (production, logistics, finance) for sales-related support
- Generate regular reports on quotation status, sales pipeline, and follow-ups
- Support the sales team with scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and CRM updates
- Ensure prompt and professional communication to maintain strong client relationships

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in business or related field is a plus
- 1-2 years of experience in Accounts or administrative support
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiar with CRM systems
- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in sales support or customer service roles
- Familiarity with quotation software or ERP systems
- Basic understanding of sales processes and terms

Pay: ₹15,216.00 - ₹30,216.05 per month
