Rebuilt is seeking a highly motivated and creative Social Media Management Intern to join our dynamic team. As a Social Media Management Intern, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by raising awareness about our mission, engaging our online community, and expanding our reach through various social media platforms.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engage our target audience.
- Create compelling and visually appealing content for our social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Schedule and publish social media posts, ensuring consistency and maintaining an editorial calendar.
- Monitor and analyse social media performance using analytics tools and provide insights for optimization.
- Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Research current social media trends, industry best practices, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns and initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong passion for social media, digital marketing, and community engagement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Basic knowledge of social media analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Insights, Google Analytics) is a plus.
- Creative mindset with an eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

**Duration and Compensation**:
This is a remote internship opportunity with a flexible duration of 3 months. The intern will work approximately 20-30 hours per week. This position is paid, and it offers invaluable hands-on experience, mentorship, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact through your work.

**Salary**: Up to ₹5,000.00 per month
