Job Role:

- Content Creation:

- Develop engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms.
- Collaborate with team members to generate creative ideas and concepts.
- Social Media Management:

- Assist in managing and scheduling posts on different platforms.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions.
- Research and Trends:

- Stay updated on social media trends and algorithm changes.
- Conduct research on competitors and industry trends.
- Analytics and Reporting:

- Use analytics tools to track performance metrics.
- Prepare reports on social media engagement and suggest improvements.
- Campaign Support:

- Support the execution of social media campaigns.
- Collaborate with team members to align content with campaign goals.
- Graphic Design:

- Basic design skills for creating visually appealing posts.
- Work with design tools to enhance the visual aspect of content.
- Coordination:

- Coordinate with marketing and other teams for integrated campaigns.
- Ensure brand consistency across all social media channels.
- Community Building:

- Foster a sense of community and engagement among followers.
- Identify and connect with influencers or potential brand advocates.
- Social Listening:

- Monitor online conversations related to the brand.
- Provide insights based on social media feedback.
- Learning and Development:

- Stay informed about the latest social media tools and technologies.
- Continuously learn and adapt to the evolving social media landscape.
- Communication Skills:

- Effectively communicate ideas and updates with team members.
- Respond professionally to inquiries and comments.
- Collaboration:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for broader marketing goals.
- Attend team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions.
