**Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver **high-quality training sessions** on **Python, Data Structures, and Algorithms (DSA)** to freshers and working professionals.
- Design, update, and enhance training content, exercises, and coding assignments.
- Conduct **live classes, workshops, hackathons, and doubt-clearing sessions**.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to students for interview preparation and problem-solving.
- Evaluate student performance, review code submissions, and share feedback for improvement.
- Collaborate with the academic and placement team to ensure training outcomes align with industry hiring standards.
- Stay updated with the latest programming trends, tools, and MNC hiring assessment patterns.

**Qualifications & Requirements**
- **Education**: B.Tech / BCA / MCA / M.Tech (or equivalent in CS/IT).
- **Experience**: Minimum **2-3 years combined experience** in Python development and delivering training/mentorship.
- Strong command of **Python, DSA (Arrays, Strings, Trees, Graphs, Dynamic Programming, etc.)**.
- Experience with coding platforms (LeetCode, HackerRank, Codeforces, etc.) preferred.
- Excellent communication and teaching skills to simplify complex concepts.
- Ability to handle interactive sessions and engage learners of varied backgrounds.
- Prior experience in **EdTech / corporate training** is a plus.

Contract length: 6 months
