The Care supervisor will play a role in overseeing daily operations. This position will work closely with senior leadership to develop and implement operational policies and strategies that align with the both the organizations overall objectives. acting as a liaison between institute, Clients, Client families, intra dept and Care partners.

**Responsibility Deliverable**
- ➤ **Physical Placement and replacement**:

- ➤ **Handle Customer grievances**:

- ➤ **Cross sell and upsell**:

- ➤ **Customer feed back**:

- ➤ **Customer visits**:

- ➤ **payment collection**:

- ➤ **Caregiver and customer Attendance update**:

- ➤ **Coordinate with Customers, Care partners, Care managers, and HR operations team**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
