Supervisor Duties And Responsibilities

A Supervisor performs a variety of managerial tasks to improve workplace efficiency and keep the employees satisfied. Here are some of the important duties and responsibilities of an assistant manager:

- Managing and overseeing the work of employees
- Monitoring employee performance and providing feedback
- Assisting in administrative tasks like scheduling meetings
- Assisting the manager in organising, planning and implementing strategy
- Handling inventory management and ordering supplies
- Training and coaching new employees
- Maintaining records and files
- Assist in budgeting and resource allocation
- Taking care of showrooms in the absence of Manager.
- Taking care of attendance of the employees.
- Allotting employees for specific job roles.
- Taking care of the service timings.
- And such day to day responsibilities in the store.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
