Internal Auditor

Conduct audit activity on various factory related Compliance i.e. GPCB,PF,ESIC, Factory/Labour Law etc.
- Timely Renewal of licences
- Timely payment of Government liabilities
- To identify the non-compliance activity in manufacturing units
- Checking of compliance relate records according to the government rules, lawMonitor the implementation of audit recommendations and follow up on the resolution of audit issues. Develop and execute detailed audit plans and programs to evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, financial reporting, and operational processes.
- Conduct risk assessments to identify areas of potential risk and prioritize audit activities accordingly.
- Financial and Operational Audits:

- Perform audits on financial statements, manufacturing processes, inventory management, procurement, and other operational areas.
- Assess the accuracy and completeness of financial records and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls and procedures within manufacturing processes and administrative functions.
- Identify weaknesses and recommend improvements to strengthen internal controls and mitigate risks.\Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards applicable to the manufacturing sector.
- Review adherence to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
- Prepare clear and concise audit reports, including findings, conclusions, and recommendations for corrective actions.
- Document audit procedures, evidence, and results accurately and maintain thorough audit records.
- Conduct follow-up audits to assess the effectiveness of corrective actions and ensure continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with management and other departments to understand operational processes and provide insights on risk management and control improvements.
- Communicate audit findings and recommendations effectively to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and changes in regulations affecting manufacturing and auditing practices.
- Participate in professional development opportunities and training to enhance audit skills and knowledge.
- Pre audit of Cash Vouchers / Expenses / Vendor Payments/Travelling bills/PO & Non PO based expenses.
- Audit of Sales & Marketing related and Employee travelling expense.
- Review on Scrap Analysis (Rejection of Materials) Standard Vs. Actual
- Material Rejection Review (RM/PM/Engineering)
- Control over Inventory Management
- Physical verification of Inventory and Various aging analysis on it
- Inventory Aging with analysis
- Non-moving Analysis with Root cause
- Reconciliation of inventory
- Classification of goods/stock
- Physical verification of Inventory and Various aging analysis on it
- Inventory Aging with analysis
- Payroll Activity Audit - Monthly Salary Audit, Employee F&F, Employee Bonus/Gratuity, Employee Master files & P&A records, Employee loan & advances etc.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Inter CA, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree or professional certifications is preferred.
- Proven experience in internal auditing, accounting, or financial analysis, preferably within a manufacturing environment.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
