- Train the team on identifying and targeting potential buyers, leveraging various sales channels.
- Set KPIs and targets for each team member to align with organizational goals.
2. **Lead Generation & Conversion**
- Mentor the team on effective lead generation techniques, including leveraging digital marketing, social media, and networking.
- Develop skills in lead nurturing and conversion, teaching methods to build rapport with clients and maintain high engagement.
3. **Market Research & Competitor Analysis**
- Guide the team on understanding market trends, competitor activities, and customer expectations.
- Teach research methods to stay informed about the real estate market and upcoming projects.
- Train team members to use insights from research to improve sales pitches and marketing campaigns.
4. **Client Relationship Management**
- Educate team members on building long-term relationships with clients through excellent service and effective communication.
- Teach negotiation skills and techniques for managing objections, ensuring positive client experiences and high satisfaction.
5. **Branding and Positioning**
- Mentor the team in presenting the brand effectively, emphasizing unique selling points and brand values.
- Provide guidance on digital marketing, content creation, and managing a consistent brand image.
6. **Professional Skills Development**
- Conduct workshops or training sessions on essential skills like public speaking, effective communication, negotiation, and time management.
- Provide feedback to help team members enhance their performance, soft skills, and overall professionalism.
7. **Reporting & Analytics**
- Mentor the team on tracking performance metrics to analyze what’s working and what needs improvement.
- Teach the team how to use CRM and analytics tools to gain insights from their performance data.
8. **Ethical Sales Practices**
- Instill the importance of ethical practices in all sales activities to maintain the organization’s reputation.
- Guide the team in ensuring full transparency with clients and upholding industry standards.
9. **Motivation & Team Building**
- Foster a positive team culture that encourages collaboration, knowledge sharing, and healthy competition.
- Act as a motivational figure, encouraging team members to achieve personal and team goals.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
