Procurement Management:

- Collaborate with project team to track and expedite purchase orders to suppliers.
- Monitor the status of orders, ensuring timely delivery of materials and components.
- Communicate with suppliers to resolve any potential delays or issues in the supply chain.
- Helping Sales Team in Australia to follow up with suppliers to get quotation on time.

Shipping and Logistics:

- Coordinate with logistics and shipping partners to expedite the delivery of finished goods.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation for shipping and customs clearance.
- Track shipments and update relevant stakeholders on the status of deliveries.
- Coordinate and schedule shipments, ensuring optimal transportation methods (road, rail, air, or sea) are selected based on cost and delivery timelines.
- Liaise with carriers, freight forwarders, and other transportation providers to secure competitive rates and track shipments in real-time.
- Address any issues or delays in transit and find swift solutions to minimize disruptions.
- Prepare and manage shipping and customs documentation to facilitate smooth international shipments
- Travel to various site location within India may be required.
- Follow up for invoice from supplier/ freight forwarders, check it and send its reviewed copy to the project engineers

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

- Regularly update internal teams and stakeholders on the status of orders and shipments.
- Provide reports on order status, production progress, and inventory levels.
- Act as a liaison between different departments to facilitate smooth operations.

Issue Resolution:

- Identify potential issues or delays in the supply chain and take proactive measures to resolve them.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address any production or procurement-related problems.

Continuous Improvement:

- Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization in the logistics and supply chain functions.
- Implement new strategies and technologies to enhance logistics efficiency.

Quality Support
- Follow up on FAT Reports and its related documents, pending beyond the stipulated timeline.
- Follow up on MDR documents for all POs.
- Compile FAT reports, pending beyond timeline.
- Follow up on closure of NCRs pending beyond timeline.
- Provide documentation support for all internal and external audits.
- Provide implementation support for all Quality related activities.
- Organize with external Quality Mangers (TUV) to schedule a FAT by liaising with the supplier.
- Potentially need to witness the FAT along with the TUV coordinator by physically visiting the plant.
- Prior 8 to 10 year of industry experience is preferable.
- Proven experience in an expeditor.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Perseverance and Proactive. - Detail-oriented with the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Knowledge of procurement and/or production processes.
- Familiarity with shipping and customs regulations is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹350,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per hour
