Business Development Manager (BDM)

**Location**: Gurgaon

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Working Hours**: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (6 days a week, rotational weekly offs)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
- Effectively explain project features and benefits to customers, ensuring a clear understanding.
- Engage in B2C sales and lead generation activities to achieve sales targets.
- Manage client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with the team to strategize and execute business plans.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Experience: 1-4 years in Sales; freshers welcome if meeting the criteria.

**Key Skills**:

- Knowledge of Gurgaon.
- Team management.
- Lead generation and B2C sales expertise.
- Client relationship management.
- Strong communication skills (Fluent in English).
