Administrative Assistant/ Sales Support

**Key job accountabilities**:
- Generating sales quotations as directed by Sales VP.
- Using Canva or other creative tools to design and develop different types of quotations, sales and marketing brochures.
- Generating contracts with customer specific edits as directed by Sales VP.
- Coordinate post sales meetings with team members and new customers as directed by Sales VP.
- Supporting company's digital marketing efforts and managing company social media pages on LinkedIn, FB, Instagram, Twitter etc.
- Coming up with daily/weekly schedule for social media content and posts.
- Make relevant connections through company social media accounts and follow up on any potential leads.
- Responsible for other generalist office administrative/front office tasks as required such as office setup, coordinating with building manager, answering front desk calls, managing office supplies etc.
- Graduation. Must have long term association/future plans to stay within Tricity area.
- Must have their own conveyance and be willing to visit vendors for procurement of employee goodies, finalizing event venues etc. and/or any other tasks as per business requirement.
- Must be tech-savvy and have knowledge of various tools such as Canva, Adobe photoshop, Corel Draw etc.
- Familiarity with portals such as Dynamics CRM, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Zoho etc. will be good to have.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹225,000.00 - ₹500,000.03 per year
